2. Booking & Estimates

• All quotes provided via phone, form, or email are non-binding estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

• Final charges may vary depending on actual items, distance, time, and labor required.

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete details about your move.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover labor and scheduling costs.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upon completion of the move unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Liability & Damages

• We handle your belongings with care. However, in the event of loss or damage, our liability is limited as per state and federal regulations.

• We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues, improperly packed items (not packed by us), or acts of nature.

• Any claim must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of your move.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Be present or have an authorized person available during the entire move

• Ensure clear access to your property

• Provide accurate details about stairs, elevators, or restricted access

• Inform us of fragile or high-value items in advance

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Unsafe conditions exist at the property

• Illegal or hazardous materials are present

• Behavior towards our staff is abusive or threatening

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Clarkston Movers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms
